Now, I've been to some really fun sleep-over parties before, but this one tops them all! Plus, pretty much all of our friends were there too, which made things even cooler!
The first game we played was 'capture the flag', except it was in the dark which made things even more fun! We were all split up into two teams. I had Tory, Jennifer, Meagan, Lydia, Luke, and Jerrod on my team, and Caleb was our team captain. It was the best game of 'capture the flag' I'd ever played before! The first game. our team won, which was really fun! Tory, Caleb, and I were able to distract the guards and get the flag, but I'd say that Tory and Caleb really deserve the credit. Everyone did a great job!
So after we played that, we went inside for some indoor games and Bible devotions. Then, later on we went outside and had a bonfire. We also went on the Vestal's zip line, - I loved it! Elizabeth didn't go on because she doesn't like hights very much, but I've lost count of how many times I rode it. Around one something in the morning, Caleb lit fireworks for us that Harrison had brought over. He also lit sparklers for those of us who wanted some.
(The video cuts off unexpectedly because my memory was full, so sorry about that. You'll still get a glimpse of the huge bonfire we had though.)
So around two in the morning, we all headed back inside; the girls and guys were seperated into different areas of the house and some of us decided to stay up all night which was painful but fun. I think all of the guys and about four of the girls stayed up the whole night. I got maybe 40 min. of actual sleep.
Around 6:30, we were allowed to come out of our rooms. What I was told was that Uncle Bill would usually wake up the sleep heads by singing, 'Good morning to you...' but some of the girls and I decided we would sing to Uncle Bill, which didn't even work out because he was already awake. Plus he knew we were going to do it, so he woke up earlier than us.
So breakfast was served to those who wanted it, or some of us, (me included) decided to skip breakfast and go outside to ride the zip line. Mr. Bill also brought out his horse, Dumpling, and let Meagan, Elizabeth, Hannah, our new friend Charlotte, and I ride her. At first, I was really excited about riding a horse again, I particularly wanted to go for a fast trot and maybe a canter. But that didn't work because frankly, as nice as Dumpling was, she was also lazy.
So around maybe eight something, we began to clean up stuff around the yard and then some of us decided to play with the volleyball and football.
Around nine something, we loaded up and went back to the church. It was an awesome party that I will never forget, and I think it was my highlight of the year 2010. (If it counts.) God bless you all and happy new year!
(The picture on the right isn't that great, sorry! I would've taken more pictures of Elizabeth and her/my friends but my camera was set to 'internal memory' and I couldn't figure out how to set it back until, AFTER the party. So that really stinks.)

| This is my very sweet friend Jennifer, and in the back you can barely see Uncle Bill. |

| Clockwise (sort of): Joshua, Tory, Emilie, Renee, Jerrod, and Caleb. |
I apologize to those that would've liked to be picture that weren't in one, I honestly would've loved to have taken almost twenty pictures or more for that matter, but my camera was set on the 'internal memory' mode and kept saying that my memory was full. Hopefully, next time there will be a lot more pictures.
HAPPY NEW YEAR!
